The license Agent will make contact with potential Client after appointment is set by the Call Center Representative or submitted Business Reply cards.
A Call Center representative may setup an in-person appointment for the Independent license Agent or a personal visit by the Field Service Representative or the Field Service Representative may make cold calls to Dentist, Doctors, Food Banks and etc.
