How can the Community Alliance Network (CAN) help me with LEADS / Referrals?

Two types of personal structures are used:

  • ----Call Center Representatives
  • ----Field Service Representatives

What is a Field Service Representative?

A Field Service Representative is an independent contractor or a staff based individual that works for the Community Alliance Network (CAN).  As an independent contractor, they will communicate direct with potential clients.  As a staff member, their responsibility consist of developing relationships with 3rd parties, not limited to Public School, Community Centers, Senior Centers, Veteran Centers, Churches, Food Banks, Doctor Offices, Dentist Offices, Assistance Living facilities and etc., relating to healthcare needs.  These healthcare needs of the 3rd party groups are assigned to a Licensed Agent for client/customer support.

What is a LEAD?

A LEAD is a received appointment set by a Call Center representative, Field Service representative or received by our affiliate ONLINE services and placed on the Agent available LEAD portal.


What is a Referral?

Is a Business Reply card or ONLINE services offered by our affiliates.  This Business Reply card usually should be created by the potential Client and / or Field Service Representative.


What is a Wallet?

Is a prepayment process to receive LEADS / Referrals.  This amount is loaded on the website system portal within each requested LEAD/REFERRAL by the Licensed Agent.  The FEE of $50.00 will be deducted from the Agent Wallet when a Schedule Appointment is accepted.


What is a Schedule Referral Calendar?

This is where appointments have been made and set by the Call Center representative and made available to the Agents that have prepurchased appointment credits. 


What is the process in order to get LEADS / Referrals?

LEADS / Referrals may be transferred into your personal portal three (3) ways.

  • ----Call Center Representative - inbound / outbound calls
  • ----OutReach Services -  ONLINE websites and facilities
  • ----Field Service Representative - setting up and training 3rd party Coordinators to receive Business Reply cards.

How are the LEADS / Referrals placed on the Agent portal?

LEADS / Referrals are automatic placed in the Licensed Agent's website portal based upon first-come, first-serve on selecting available appointments.


What is an Appointment Credit?

An Appointment Credit equals to ONE (1) credit, meaning a $50.00 FEE for every ONE credit.  This FEE is only deducted from your Wallet when you accepts a schedule appointment or Agent of Record appointment.


Who will be considered as an Agency?

You as a Licensed Agent representing an upline (hierarchy) with at least ONE (1) or more Agent (s)


Can the Insurance Agency prepay for their members?

Yes.  The Insurance Agency will receive coupons based upon the number of PREPAID purchases made by the Agency on the behalf of their Agents


Is their a FEE for Use of Service?

Yes.  Their is an ONE TIME FEE of $25.00 for the Use of Service on the behalf of each Licensed Agent.


What happens when a LEAD / Referral appointment did not close?

The Licensed Agent will report on his / her backend portal the status of the sale and if "No Sale" is indicated on the portal, an email will be sent to the administration for a FREE credit and a credit equal to ONE (1).  This FREE credit may select a new appointment from the Schedule Referral Calendar.
